may be returned within 15 days of shipment
for a full refund less the re-stocking fee
and shipping costs. Products returned within
16 to 30 days of shipment date may receive
an exchange or credit only, due to manufactures
or obvious defetc. No product returns will
be accepted after 30 days from shipment date.
CDs and DVDs cannot be returned if shrink
wrap is opened unless due to manufacturers
defetc. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply
in all returns. All shipping costs will be
incurred by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed
in writing by the seller. |
